(4) Except as otherwise provided in paragraphs (1)-(3), these Rules shall apply to a
proceeding on a resubmitted dispute in the same manner as if such dispute had been
submitted pursuant to the Institution Rules. Chapter VIII Rule 56 (1) The texts of these Rules in each official language of the Centre shall be equally authentic. (2) These Rules may be cited as the "Arbitration Rules" of the Centre.
